Totally Accurate Cowboy Simulator

Totally Accurate Cowboy Simulator (or T.A.C.S)  was part of a unit revolved around rapid prototyping. Our class was tasked with working together to create a VR hubworld with three mini-games in only 5 weeks. We wanted to allow the player to be able to grab a gun and shoot whenever they choose, which led us to go with a western setting. The player has two revolvers at their hips that they can pull out at any time, reload, aim, and fire.

This was my first VR project and I got to take charge on implementing the HTC Vive headset and controllers into the game. Through the use of the VRTK plugin I was able to add functionality to the controls. This allowed the player to interact with the guns, their environment and the menus.
