Crimson Countess

Crimson Countess is a VR horror experience of which I led a team to produce. The purpose of this project was to be a capstone project for my games development course and an exploration of the horror genre. It takes place in the mansion that used to belong to Elizabeth Bathory, history's most prolific serial killer. The game has the player seated in real life whilst operating a wheelchair in game to explore the environment and find a way out.

I assisted in producing the wheelchair locomotion system however a majority of my work revolved around the game design. During pre-production, I researched other horror movie and games in order to inform certain design choices and ensured the game remained aesthetically consistent. Although this game has been published, my team and I are continuing to improve it.
